has many beautiful towns, such as Civitella del Tronto, which
is considered one of the most romantic spot in Italy. Only a
few km away, there is the Gran Sasso National Park, a most sought
after spot for nature lovers.
The highly esteemed traditional crafts
in our region produce many kinds of very beautiful handmade
goods:such as handbags, suitcases, ironworks, copper works,
jewellers’ craft specialised in filigree, cabinet-making,
ceramics, cloths, leather goods. All of which you’ll
admire in the handicraftsmen’s own shops, where
the masters will show you their works. Moreover, to good
cuisine lovers our region offers many renowned places
where they may appreciate fish and meat plates, beside
tasting wines of excellent quality.
